PetDietPlans (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is an online service provided by Veteva Oy (Business ID: 3005917-7, address: c/o Vetsy Oy, Munkkiniemien puistotie 14, 00330 Helsinki) that creates customized feeding plans for dogs and cats.

The service offers individual feeding programs for pets based on the information provided by the owner. The veterinarian carefully reviews the information provided by the customer and may ask additional questions if necessary. The plans do not replace a veterinarian’s clinical examination if the veterinarian has not examined the pet himself, but rather it is a case of using the online service or a referral patient.

When the Customer uses our Website, the Customer accepts the current Terms of Use. The Terms of Use may be changed without separately informing the Customer. The Customer is not entitled to receive a separate notification of each change to the Terms of Use. To the Customer

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer undertakes to use the services provided by PetDietPlans to diagnose and treat health problems of the pet that may be treated nutritionally.

By using the Site, you guarantee that:

– the registration information you provide is truthful and up-to-date

– you are legally competent – you agree to comply with these terms of use

– you will not use the Service for commercial purposes, unless there is a separate agreement with PetDietPlans (Veteva Oy).

– you will not attempt to interpret, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software included in the Site or Service or used by PetDietPlans

– you will not use the Site or Service to distribute malware or suspicious material or otherwise unlawfully

– you will not upload, distribute or implement any elements harmful to PetDietPlans or its partners, such as bots, scripts, Trojans, viruses, bugs, cookies, spyware, pcms software or malware, to or through the Site or Service.

– you will not use the Site through automated or non-human means, whether a bot or other machine-based system

– you will not use the Site or Services through data mining, bots, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools

– you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

– you will not attempt to bypass the security measures of the Site or the Service in any way

– you will not copy or modify the software or code of the Site or the Service

– your use of the Site or the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your continent or country

– you will not use the Site or the Service to engage in any directly or indirectly competitive activity, such as a similar Service, for example, by means of a collection, compilation or database created using information collected from the Site or the Service.

The use of the website is at the Customer’s own risk. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Website.

The Website and the Service may provide the Customer with links to other websites. We do not control the content of external links or assume any responsibility for their understandability or reliability.

The information on the Website is not a substitute for professional advice, and medical advice provided through the Service must be distinguished from the content of the website, such as blog articles.

The Customer understands that PetDietPlans service providers strive to advise the Customer to the best of their ability. The recommendations of our paid service aim to alleviate, cure or treat a medical problem or illness, but we do not guarantee that this will happen.

We do not guarantee that our Service will work to diagnose a medical problem or illness. PetDietPlans assumes no responsibility for the use of the Site or Service for the examination, treatment or cure of an illness. PetDietPlans is not responsible for any latent diseases or defects of the patient that become acute during or after the consultation. PetDietPlans is not responsible if the patient’s condition worsens or the patient is not physically taken to a veterinary clinic.

PetDietPlans is not responsible if the Customer does not follow the care instructions or product recommendations received.

PetDietPlans is not responsible for the availability of the products it recommends. PetDietPlans is not responsible for the fairness of the products it recommends. PetDietPlans is not responsible for changes to the products it recommends that it is not aware of, such as changes to food recipes or contents. PetDietPlans (Veteva Oy) is not responsible for any interruption or delay in the delivery of the service if it is due to force majeure, such as a flood or fire at the office, a strike affecting the performance of work duties, or the responsibility of the responsible or receiving veterinary clinic.

3. Intellectual property rights

All content of the Service is the property of Veteva Oy or its partners.

We reserve all rights to the content of the Site, the Service, all our products, and any trademarks. All source codes, databases, functions, software, and content on the Site and in our software as a whole are the property of PetDietPlans.

Copying, distribution or commercial use of the material without permission is prohibited.

4. Personal data

The service collects information so that feeding plans can be drawn up. The processing of data is described in more detail in the privacy policy.

5. Changes

Veteva Oy reserves the right to change the terms of use, service content and pricing. Changes will be posted on the website.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

The information provided on the website is not intended to be distributed or used by any individual, entity or company in any country where use of the Service would be contrary to the laws or regulations of that country or would require registration in that country. Individuals who choose to use the Service do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent local laws are in effect. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS – PetDietPlans (Veteva Oy)

 

PetDietPlans (Veteva Oy business ID 3005917-7) sells remotely produced pet feeding veterinary visits to private individuals. We reserve the right to change the delivery terms and prices. 1. Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store’s checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery and payment terms and the prices of the products.

PetDietPlans (Veteva Oy) reserves the right to change prices. The price does not change after ordering and paying.

2. Cancellation instructions, delays and complaints

In principle, it is not possible to cancel an ordered and paid feeding plan order if the veterinarian has already had time to familiarize himself with the patient’s case. The customer must contact us regarding cancellation and refund of payment

We ask that any disputes and complaints be addressed in writing by email to the address within 24 hours of the end of the event that caused dissatisfaction. We strive to handle matters between PetDietPlans and the Customer as quickly and easily as possible.

PetDietPlans (Veteva Oy) does not take responsibility for the costs or errors of other, third parties, or for indirect damages.

3. Payment

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and the recipient of the payment will be Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy on the bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay mediates payments to Veteva

Oy. Payment is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the payment transaction information.

Payment methods

 

With the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment.
